Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our Weld Team in a customer-focused environment in Kansas. You will produce high quality welds efficiently, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet specifications.

Qualifications

• MIG welding/fabricator experience (at least one year).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Ensure materials meet customer specifications by determining the welding method if not stated on the blueprint.
• Ensure parts are welded correctly by performing the first piece check and submitting to QA.
• Maintain records on production to ensure correct quantity of parts.
• Organize work to meet complexity, method, and completion time.
• Other responsibilities as required.
