Aerotek seeks a Material Handler for its El Mirage, AZ facility to safely move materials using forklifts and cranes. You will support the welding and machine teams, handle loading/unloading, and keep the workflow smooth in a steel production environment.

The role is onsite and contract-to-hire with strong safety and teamwork expectations. The position requires comfort working indoors and outdoors, adherence to safety protocols, and clear progress updates to supervisors to ensure efficient

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other machinery to transport materials.
• Collaborate with welding, machine operating teams, supervisors, and managers to maintain workflow.
• Assist with loading/unloading and organizing materials in production bays and outdoors.
• Maintain open communication regarding progress of daily tasks.
• Follow safety protocols to uphold workplace safety.
