All Things Metal LLC in Arizona is hiring a material handler/forklift operator to start immediately. The role involves production material handling, receiving, delivery assistance, and yard organization in a heat-exposed outdoor shop setting.

Requirements include passing a background check and drug screen, English proficiency, and the ability to lift over 50 lbs. Benefits and 401K are offered; salary starts at $22+ per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Must be able to work outside in the heat.
• Must be able to stand most of the shift.
• Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
• Be able to pass a written and practical exam for Heavy forklift operator.
• Be able to juggle multiple tasks, set priorities, and execute these tasks while maintaining positive interpersonal interactions.
• Willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation to arrive to the job on time.
• Ability to learn a paperless management system.
• Professional working proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Production material handling - Keep production moving by staging to racks and assisting fabrication teams with moving material.
• Receiving - Verify material, document damaged items, log heat numbers and rack locations, input into inventory system.
• Delivery assistance - Stage materials for delivery and assist with loading onto semi trailers.
• Yard organization and maintenance - Ensure correct rack placement and perform daily forklift inspections.
