Job summary

Technical Metal Specialties Inc. in New Berlin, WI is hiring for a full-time materials handler/warehouse role. You will move Work in Process, kit parts, and transport raw materials between centers using ERP system.

You will read Production Execution reports to determine available jobs, prepare them for operations, and maintain organized storage. May rotate into shipping/receiving and operate forklifts. The company is 100% employee-owned, offers PTO and holidays, a $2,500 hiring bonus, and

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED/HSED required.
1–3 months related experience and/or training preferred.
Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
Experience operating forklifts, hand trucks, or other power equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

Move Work in Process between operational work centers or designated areas; kit parts for complex assemblies.
Read and analyze Production Execution reports to determine job availability and prepare those jobs for subsequent operations.
Maintain organization of storage areas and housekeeping for WIP and steel storage.
Rotate into shipping/receiving as needed; load/unload materials and secure shipments.
Operate forklifts or power equipment to load or move materials.
