As a key member of the team, you will lead by example, ensure exceptional customer service, manage scheduling, and coordinate with the Store Manager to drive daily operations and a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers during shifts
• Monitor and adjust shift staffing and hours as needed
• Work manager's days off and cover two evening shifts per week
• Perform tasks assigned by the Store Manager and sustain store standards
• Ensure compliance with laws, safety, and security policies
• Maintain uniforms, cleanliness, and accurate cash handling and deposits
• Assist in merchandising, maintenance, and overall store operations
