Job summary

Jobot is hiring a Lithographic Press Operator in Kenosha, WI to operate multiple presses and RFID affixing equipment for labels across markets, with emphasis on the pharmaceutical sector. This on-site, permanent role offers a $27–$40 hourly wage and a path to ownership through our 100% employee-owned structure.

You will set up high-quality, multi-color jobs, inspect for defects, perform routine maintenance, and follow safety PPE protocols in a cGMP environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in the label printing industry.
• Experience using a PC and machine interface to manage data in a cGMP environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Willingness to work overtime and some weekends.
• Adherence to safety protocols and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run high-quality printing jobs on multi-color presses.
• Identify and segregate defective products.
• Perform routine maintenance on the presses to ensure optimal functionality.
• Troubleshoot job-related issues and minor machine malfunctions.
• Adhere to Nosco's quality standards and expectations.
