Job summary

Nosco, Inc. is seeking a Lithographic Press Operator for our Pleasant Prairie, WI facility on 2nd or 3rd shift. You will assist with setup and operation of a multi-color press, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and maintaining high quality.

There is potential for growth into other pressroom roles. The role requires hands-on press operation, adherence to SOPs, and strong teamwork to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years lithographic press experience.
• Experience with basic quality systems and documentation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press per SOPs, work instructions, and control riders.
• Actively monitor production efficiency and quality while completing all documentation and reporting accurately.
• Troubleshoot machine problems related to equipment and setup; perform testing and corrective actions as needed.
