Job summary

Cornwell Quality Tools is seeking a Developer/Analyst to design and develop new business software applications and enhance existing systems. You will perform coding, testing, and debugging across the software development lifecycle while collaborating with helpdesk and QA teams to deliver reliable solutions.

The role requires hands-on experience with MS SQL Server, C#, APIs, RESTful services, and modern front-end frameworks. Knowledge of ERP areas and a security-conscious mindset are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in software development, application development, or analyst roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a development team.
• Effective verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Knowledge of information security practices for end-user and corporate data.
• Familiarity with ERP functional areas and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new business software applications.
• Improve and modify existing software applications.
• Conduct coding, testing, debugging across the SDLC.
• Create and maintain database schemas.
• Utilize source code management software (e.g., Azure DevOps).
• Develop test plans and perform application testing.
• Collaborate with helpdesk and QA teams to resolve issues.
• Create technical documentation and support end users.
