Job summary

Midwest Fastener Corp. is seeking a Developer to join our software team to design, develop, and integrate applications that support core operations, including ERP integrations with Microsoft Business Central.

This on-site role offers the opportunity to work in Kalamazoo, MI or Cleveland, OH offices, contribute across the full software stack, and participate in Agile workflows while delivering production APIs and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, related field, or equivalent practical experience preferred
• Working knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language (C#, Java, C++, Visual Basic, or similar)
• Experience or exposure to relational databases (MySQL, MS SQL Server, SQLite, or similar)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs (development or integration)
• Exposure to modern frontend frameworks such as React, Flutter, or Angular
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• 2+ years of professional software development experience
• Experience independently delivering features from design through deployment
• Experience working within Agile or Kanban environments
• Solid understanding of SDLC processes
• Experience implementing modern architectural patterns (N-Tier, MVC, layered architecture)
• Experience developing and maintaining production APIs

This is an on-site position. Candidates must work in either our Kalamazoo, MI or Cleveland (Northfield), OH office locations.
