Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• HR certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) preferred; OSHA-10/OSHA-30 a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as culture ambassador and HR partner across departments.
• Provide HR guidance in employee relations, performance management, and engagement.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding programs and new hire orientation.
• Maintain accurate employee data and coordinate with payroll for updates.
• Support benefits administration and leaves of absence.
• Facilitate training to strengthen leadership and core values.
• Drive employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
• Ensure policy consistency and serve as a trusted resource.
