Job summary

Geotex Construction Services, headquartered in Central Ohio, is seeking a Project Manager to lead site development and heavy civil projects from preconstruction through completion. You will coordinate with Operations, Estimating, field leadership, and clients to ensure projects are on time, on budget, and safely executed.

The ideal candidate has extensive construction management experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to read plans, contracts, and cost data to drive sound

Qualifications

• 6+ years of construction project management experience preferred.
• 4+ years of field/sitework/heavy civil/underground utility experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects with cost, schedule, production, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage heavy civil and site development projects from turnover through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, cost projections, schedules, procurement needs, and timelines.
• Monitor production vs. estimates and flag cost or schedule concerns early.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Foremen, subcontractors, and clients to align field conditions with plans.
• Review contracts, estimates, scopes of work, and change orders throughout construction.
• Track project costs, billing, and overall financial performance.
