Job summary

Scheels All Sports, Fargo, ND is seeking a motivated merchandiser to unload freight, stock and price merchandise, and create appealing displays on the sales floor and in back stock.

You will follow shop guides, coordinate with shop managers on moves and mannequin placements, assist customers, and keep the store orderly and safe while working with a team. Flexibility for varied hours is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months of related experience or training.
• Ability to follow safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Unload freight, tag, fold, hang, and price merchandise for display or back stock.
• Restock floor merchandise and bring products to the floor for displays.
• Assist customers and sales associates with retrieving and loading items.
• Follow shop guides and Line Leader checklists to prioritize shop needs.
• Coordinate with Specialty Shop Managers on shop moves and mannequin placement.
• Maintain an orderly store appearance and general cleanliness.
• Work independently and with the team; display adaptability and initiative.
• Be flexible with varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
