Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fire alarm installation, service, and inspections.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong technical understanding of fire alarm systems, troubleshooting, programming, testing, and repair procedures.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple technicians, service calls, and customer requirements simultaneously.
• Comfortable performing office-based responsibilities while providing field support when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule inspections, service calls, repairs, and projects.
• Dispatch field technicians and communicate daily priorities.
• Monitor workloads and schedules for efficiency.
• Forecast manpower requirements and assist with staffing.
• Oversee service documentation and work orders.
• Prepare weekly operational reports for management.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships for retention and growth.
• Respond to inquiries and scheduling needs.
• Prepare quotes for repairs, service agreements, and extra contracts.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and generate new service business.
• Assist billing documentation and customer accounts.
