Job summary

Nosco is seeking a Die Cutting Operator at our Pleasant Prairie, WI Facility. You will operate the carton die cutting asset to produce digital folding cartons, ensuring on-time delivery, high quality, and adherence to customer specs in a safe, efficient manner.

Qualifications

Prefer 2+ years of die cutting experience or equivalent machinery skills.
Experience with basic quality systems and documentation.
Ability to read a ruler to 1/64 inch and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate a carton die cutting press per SOPs and work instructions.
Monitor production efficiency and quality while completing documentation accurately.
Troubleshoot machine problems and perform required testing with corrective actions.
Assist in minimizing remakes by identifying problems early and communicating with downstream operators.
Perform cleanup/maintenance per SOP and maintain high productivity.
Meet set-up times and run speeds as directed by department leads.
