Job summary

The Kendall Group is seeking an entry-level Delivery Driver to join our warehouse and distribution team. You will drive delivery vans/straight trucks to customer locations and assist with warehouse tasks as needed.

We value reliability, a good driving record, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong safety awareness and basic math are important for accurate shipments and inventory checks.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position requiring a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to operate barcode scanners and basic warehouse equipment.
• Strong verbal and written communication, and safety awareness.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.
• Reliable, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive product to various customer locations
• Load and unload trucks according to procedures
• Handle daily shipping paperwork
• Inspect equipment and report issues
• Identify and count inventory accurately
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and hand trucks
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness
• Follow safety procedures
• Attend meetings and training sessions
• Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned
