Qualifications

• Entry level work experience is acceptable.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Driver's License with state licensing and clean driving record; must pass DOT medical exam.
• DOT medical exam and one-year card must be obtained after hire (paid by Kendall).
• Ability to use barcode scanner, printer, and standard warehouse equipment; basic math and reasoning skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work independently.
• Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration under supervisor guidance.
• Physical/mental/visual capabilities to perform essential duties with reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive product to various customer locations.
• Truck loading and unloading according to procedures.
• Responsible for daily shipping paperwork.
• Identify and count inventory in assigned areas.
• Learn to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and hand trucks.
• Participate in general warehouse housekeeping.
• Follow safety procedures and operate additional equipment as needed.
• Attend meetings and training sessions.
• Other warehouse tasks as assigned.
