Job summary

Clune Construction in Dallas, TX is seeking a Project Manager to lead planning, budgeting, bidding, and closeout for commercial projects. You will work across design teams, trade partners, and clients to ensure on-time delivery and financial targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

The role requires strong communication, proven budgeting and estimating skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of construction project management experience, including commercial projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong budgeting, estimating, and cost-control capabilities.
• Experience in preconstruction, bid processes, and client/architectrelations.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, bids, scope reviews and pricing presentations to clients.
• Coordinate with trade partners, design teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor cost control, billing, and subcontracts; ensure timely execution.
• Support client relations and business development through industry events and networking.
• Mentor interns and junior staff; uphold company systems and standards.
