Job summary

Clune Construction in Dallas, TX is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Management team in planning, coordination, and completion of commercial projects. You will assist with budgeting, bidding, cost control, client relations, and project documentation to help keep projects on schedule and on budget.

You should bring 2–5 years of experience in commercial interiors or healthcare projects, a bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering, and

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture or engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• 2–5 years of experience managing commercial interior, healthcare or mission-critical projects.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with project controls and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budgeting, bidding, cost control and project documentation.
• Coordinate with project team, trade partners, designers and clients.
• Attend meetings and help prepare accurate schedules and updates.
• Support the RFI and submittal processes and ensure on-time closeout.
