Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• At least 5 years of general ledger accounting and financial statement preparation experience.
• Construction accounting and job costing experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive timely monthly accounting close for assigned business units and prepare reconciliations and journal entries.
• Prepare business unit financial statements and assist in consolidation.
• Provide cost accounting and financial analysis for performance improvement.
• Develop and improve accounting processes and maintain internal controls.
• Oversee construction tax compliance and related activities.
• Other duties as needed.
