Grace Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee monthly close, general ledger, and financial reporting for construction-related operations in Prescott Valley, AZ and Russellville, AR.

The role reports to the Corporate Controller and requires strong accounting expertise, including cost accounting and process improvement. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and at least five years of GL and financial statement experience, with preference for construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• 5+ years of general ledger and financial statement experience preferred.
• Construction/cost accounting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close and ensure reconciliations and journal entries are completed.
• Prepare business unit financial statements and assist consolidated statements.
• Provide expertise in construction/cost accounting and financial analysis.
• Develop and improve accounting processes and internal controls.
• Monitor tax compliance for construction activities.
• Take on additional duties as needed.
