Job summary

ERW Site Solutions is seeking a Superintendent for our Prosper, TX area projects. You will manage day-to-day field operations, supervise concrete crews, and coordinate formwork, pours, and testing to meet plans and schedule.

This is an on-site, full-time role requiring strong leadership and a minimum of five years in field construction with supervisory experience. The position reports to the Project Manager and offers an ESOP environment with typical day shifts, overtime as needed, and travel to

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of field construction experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Concrete experience required and ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations and direct concrete crews, subcontractors, and trade partners.
• Oversee layout, formwork, rebar placement, and concrete pours per plans and specs.
• Coordinate concrete placement logistics, pump scheduling, and pour sequencing to stay on schedule.
• Maintain safety and quality controls, ensuring compliance with OSHA and site policies.
• Lead jobsite meetings and communicate schedule, budget, and issues to the Project Manager.
