Job summary

Haley Ward is seeking a Civil Project Engineer to design and manage residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional site projects in a team‑driven, employee‑owned environment. You will contribute to budgets, schedules and QA/QC while working in both office and field settings.

Applicants should hold a BS in Civil Engineering with PE or EIT on track, and have strong math skills and experience in AutoCAD. Location: Saco, ME; competitive benefits and a $5,000 signing bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering is required.
• PE license with 4+ years experience or EIT on track with 5+ years experience.
• Strong mathematical skills are required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, design and control project activities within budgets and schedules.
• Conduct engineering computations for complex projects.
• Coordinate with regulatory staff and represent clients at hearings or meetings.
• Monitor QA/QC and project status with the Project Manager.
• Advise field engineers, contractors and inspectors during construction.
