Qualifications

• Proficiency reading heavy civil plans (earthwork, utilities, site-work).
• Experience with 3D modeling and takeoff software (Agtek, Civil 3D, Trimble).
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Data Acquisition: obtain project data from clients/engineers.
• 3D Model Creation: develop 3D models from plans and survey data.
• Data & Plan Quality Control: verify accuracy of models and data.
• Quantity & Progress Takeoffs: compute earthwork/material quantities.
• Handoff & Communication: deliver models to Field Tech Coordinator; flag issues.
• Support Estimating: provide takeoffs and modeling input for bids.
