International Cars, Ltd. is seeking a Service Valet in Danvers, MA to greet customers, park and retrieve vehicles, and keep the service drive running smoothly.

You will ensure safe transportation to and from the dealership and assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks. The role requires a high school diploma, strong communication, a friendly customer-focused approach, and a flexible schedule that includes some weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused, friendly attitude.
• Flexible schedule including some weekends and evenings.
• Strong computer aptitude and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers upon arrival and assist with transportation needs.
• Monitor the Service Drive to ensure vehicles are processed properly.
• Tag and park service vehicles in assigned spots and relay locations to dispatch.
• Provide safe, reliable transportation to and from the dealership and customer destinations.
• Assist with basic maintenance of transport vehicles (gas, oil, inspections).

KIA North, an International Cars, Ltd., Inc. Company is seeking a Service Valet. The Service Valet plays a critical role in creating a positive first and last impression for dealership service customers. This position is responsible for greeting customers upon arrival, parking and retrieving vehicles, and ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles through the service department.

ICL is employee owned and proud of our dealerships: Honda North, 1 North Pre-Owned and KIA North in Danvers MA, Dover Honda & Dover Chevrolet in Dover NH, Porsche of Stratham, Audi of Stratham and Honda Stratham in Stratham NH and Portsmouth VW in Greenland, NH.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers needing transportation promptly and professionally
• Continually monitor the Service Drive to ensure vehicles are processed properly
• Properly tag and park service vehicle's in assigned spots and write down correct locations once vehicles are parked bring repair orders to dispatch in a timely manner
• Provides and ensures safe, reliable and comfortable customer transportation to and from the dealership, and to and from customer destinations
• Handles basic maintenance of transport vehicles including gas, oil and ensures required inspections are performed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills with a customer focus and friendly attitude
• Flexible schedule to cover store hours including some weekends & evenings.
• Strong computer aptitude and organizational skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a motor vehicle record acceptable to ICL Insurance Company requirements
