Job summary

HDR seeks an Accounting Manager to lead accounting for multiple offices and business groups, including project accounting support for managers. You will implement internal controls, coordinate budgets, and drive accurate financial reporting.

Collaborating with Area Accounting, Operations, and leaders, you will oversee staffing, monthly business reviews, and client invoicing. This role requires on-site work to support hands-on collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or closely related field).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience; advanced degree may offset.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting functions for multiple offices and Business Groups; project accounting duties in support of project managers.
• Establish internal controls and ensure compliance with policies and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate department and project accounting systems; manage budgets and provide reports to area leadership.
