Ideal candidates will have RN licensure with 2-4 years of clinical nursing experience and 1-3 years in employee health or workers' compensation.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• 1-3 years of experience in employee health, occupational health, or workers' compensation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers pre-employment health screenings and immunizations to meet regulatory requirements.
• Provides care for on-duty work-related injuries or exposures with documentation per guidelines.
• Acts as a resource on health-related matters for employees and leadership.
• Monitors compliance with OSHA, CDC, and Joint Commission standards; prepares reports and recommendations.
• Develops and delivers health education and illness prevention programs.
