Central Maine Medical Center, part of Prime Healthcare Foundation, is seeking an Employee Health Manager to oversee the employee health service functions, coordinate annual physicals, new hire clearances, and workers’ compensation matters. This role ensures cost-effective care, maintains confidential records, and supports safety across all departments.

• Licensed LVN/RN/NP/PA required.
• Minimum of two years’ acute care experience with infection control or employee health preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited school with a degree in nursing, epidemiology, microbiology, public health or other life science related field. Masters Degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate annual physical examinations and new hire physical clearances.
• Provide emergency evaluation for work-related injuries and coordinate treatment with workers’ compensation as requested by HR.
• Maintain confidential employee and administrative records and ensure CDC/OSHA/HFAP/TJC/CDPH/CMS directives compliance.
• Educate hospital staff on Infection Control/Prevention, occupational health, and related matters.
