Join Marsh McLennan Agency as an Employee Health & Benefits Sr. Client Manager.

Location: Applicants must be within driving distance to Chattanooga, TN, and able to commute to the office at least three days a week.

Role Overview

As an Employee Health & Benefits Sr. Client Manager, you will:

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients and support team members
• Communicate with Producers and serve as a key liaison with clients to assess needs and provide solutions
• Manage marketing processes for new and renewal business
• Create analyses and presentations for meetings
• Develop educational materials, including Benefit Enrollment Guides
• Review SPD’s, agreements, and contracts for accuracy
• Assist clients with resources related to HIPAA, COBRA, FLEX, ERISA, etc.
• Handle claim resolutions and plan administration issues
• Maintain files in Agency Management and Imaging Systems

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of insurance industry experience, including 2-3 years in a brokerage or agency
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
• Experience working with small groups preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to learn Agency Management and Imaging Systems
• Life & Health license required
