Qualifications

• One year Nursing Assistant experience required.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Bilingual in English and Navajo preferred.
• Background investigation required.
• Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention Act compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet employees and provide basic nursing care for work-related injuries or illness.
• Record data in Readyset, RPMS and EHR; manage immunization records and FIT testing.
• Escort employees to departments; maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked Employee Health Office.
• Monitor vaccine refrigerator temperatures and ensure proper documentation.
• Provide employee education and maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
