Airbnb is seeking a Technical Writer for the Employee Experience team to enhance documentation strategies and improve tool adoption. This role requires strong technical writing skills, HR tool knowledge, and a collaborative approach to create effective user-centric content.

The Community You Will Join:
The Employee Experience (EX) Technical Writer will partner with Knowledge Managers, technology and tool owners (e.g. Greenhouse), and Business Systems Engineers to understand current processes and tooling and where these can be improved. Lead documentation strategy and execution across Digital Employee Experience (DEX) initiatives (i.e. technology initiatives that enable employees to be creative, productive, and collaborative), focusing on creating clear, user-centric content that enables effective adoption of new tools and processes.
