Job summary

DPR Construction, Monroe, LA, seeks a People Practices specialist to support onboarding, employee lifecycle services, and local HR policies. You will coordinate new hire orientation, check-ins, and engagement activities while partnering with COEs and People Operations to deliver local programming.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in human resources, operations support, employee engagement, or a related field.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a local representative of People Practices to support onboarding and lifecycle services.
• Coach employees and connect them to resources and service channels.
• Ensure consistent application of People Practices policies and processes locally.
• Coordinate enterprise onboarding and 30/60/90-day check-ins.
• Collaborate with COEs and People Operations on local programs and events.
• Organize People Practices events to support engagement and inclusion.
