In this role, you'll help create an exceptional employee experience by keeping our office running smoothly, planning engaging events, and fostering a workplace culture that feels welcoming, collaborative, and uniquely Axon. From managing daily office operations and supporting employees onsite to helping coordinate office construction, renovations, and workplace improvements, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our growing Sterling office and ensuring our mission to Protect Life is reflected in every detail.
