Job summary

Camden is seeking a Manager of Employee Experience to design, deliver, and continuously improve corporate training and engagement programs that elevate performance and bring our culture to life across the enterprise.

You will lead national learning activations, partner with stakeholders, and shape measurable initiatives while modeling Camden values in every interaction. Excellent facilitation and strategic planning are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years identifying performance solutions and facilitating for large groups.
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills for diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high emotional intelligence.
• Experience leading large-scale programs with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Manages corporate training delivery, including rollout and enablement of enterprise initiatives.
• Designs and delivers training programs supporting employee development and leadership effectiveness.
• Leads Learning Technology to strengthen capabilities and enablement across the team.
• Reports on national training initiatives, with insights for continuous improvement.
• Partners with Training Specialists to coordinate reporting and tracking of training initiatives.
• Facilitates corporate training and programming and leads CultureConnection peer networks.
• Ensures programming aligns with Camden values and company goals.
