Job summary

WSECU is seeking an organized HR professional to lead culture and diversity programs across the employee lifecycle. You’ll manage projects, communications, and events that recognize employees and advance inclusion, while partnering with leaders and teams to translate ideas into action.

You’ll bring a strong background in HR, project management, and employee experience, with excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to handle sensitive information in a collaborative, fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, communications, or closely related field.
• Five years of experience in Human Resources, project management, organizational development, employee experience/engagement, communications, or a related field working on culture initiatives.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work under pressure.
• Experience with diversity and inclusion concepts.

Responsibilities

• Administer culture programs, including rewards, events, and inclusion efforts.
• Coordinate diversity and inclusion training and orientations.
• Support communication and engagement activities across the employee lifecycle.
• Plan and execute employee engagement events and recognition programs.
• Create assets for culture initiatives (lookbooks, flyers, banners).
• Maintain PCS team site and assist with inquiries.
