Job summary

WesBanco is seeking an HR professional to support the Employee Experience Center of Excellence. The role focuses on resolving employee relations issues, developing performance improvement plans, and nurturing talent across the employment cycle.

You will collaborate with management across locations, handle compensation inquiries, and guide HR processes with a focus on confidentiality and compliance. The position operates on a hybrid schedule across multiple office sites in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience in Employee Relations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common business software.
• Clear, concise written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with senior management, staff, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Model the standards of the Bank's Mission and Vision.
• Manage employee relations issues and provide policy guidance.
• Guide managers in performance improvement plans and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with workplace standards, health, safety and sustainability.
• Respond to inquiries on compensation processes and HR programs.
• Conduct talent reviews and assist with workforce planning.
• Support leaders to improve employee engagement and execute action plans.
• Coordinate HR activities during building closures and provide employee support.
• Assist with benefits, payroll and policy questions; provide listening sessions.
