WECU is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team located in Bellingham, WA. The Human Resources Coordinator supports WECU’s people and culture objectives with a focus on the full recruitment lifecycle. The role provides exceptional operational and administrative support for Human Resources with a focus on candidate and employee experience. Partners closely with HRBPs, hiring managers, and leaders to ensure efficient hiring processes, organized, timely, and aligned with business needs. The position will have recuring administrative assignments and established tasks to support the work of the full Human Resources team.

The salary range for this position is from $25.20 to $35.58 per hour.
