• Leads HR programs and initiatives at local level, such as employee engagement and orientation.
• Supports hiring managers with interview prep and candidate experience components.
• Ensures compliance with performance management processes and exit procedures.
• Supports compensation programs, wellness programs, and tuition reimbursement.
