Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 4+ years in HR or related field.
• 6+ years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic HR plan aligned with long‑term organizational goals.
• Advise executive leadership on people management and leadership strategy.
• Plan labor demand models, workforce and succession planning.
• Oversee regional talent strategies and execution.
• Monitor internal metrics and external market trends affecting retention.
• Develop and champion compensation strategies and employee wellness initiatives.
