Job summary

Four Seasons Denver is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to support a positive, inclusive workplace. You will assist with employee relations, onboarding, benefits enrollment, and communications while upholding confidentiality and high standards of service.

You will manage events, recognition programs, and HRIS (Workday), collaborating with managers to ensure a smooth experience for all employees. The role requires bilingual Spanish capabilities and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English; bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• At least one year in an administrative position.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.
• Knowledge of Workday HRIS, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the friendly, approachable first point of contact for employees and candidates.
• Plan and execute key employee events such as the Annual Party and Staff Appreciation.
• Manage and maintain the Recognition Program and employee communications.
• Run monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports and audits for data integrity.
• Assist in full recruitment and onboarding processes, including open enrollment.
• Maintain HRIS (Workday) and ensure confidentiality of records.
