As Greenville Country Club’s Employee Experience Coordinator, you’ll help attract great talent and shape a workplace where people feel welcomed, connected, and supported. This role exists to strengthen the full employee journey—from first contact as a candidate to long-term engagement.
Your day blends planned touchpoints with real‑time conversations. You might start by welcoming a candidate, setting a calm, professional tone, then shift to preparing a new‑hire welcome and orientation materials. Midday could include walking the Club to connect with employees, listening for what’s going well and what’s getting in the way, and capturing themes to share with HR.
Later, you may draft a short, engaging update for internal channels, then help coordinate a recognition moment or upcoming event details. You may wrap up with a three‑month check‑in that surfaces a small concern early—so the right support can step in quickly. Throughout, you’ll be visible, approachable, and focused on making working at GCC feel clear, connected, and appreciated.
