Job summary

ZN001 Zeno US is seeking an Account Executive, Employee Engagement to support engagement and internal communications initiatives for leading organizations. You will help develop materials, conduct research, and contribute to programs that strengthen culture and employee experiences.

You will research, write, and edit communications across employees, leadership, and stakeholders, while coordinating timelines and collaborating with colleagues to deliver impactful programs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in public relations, internal communications, or related fields within an agency or similar environment.
• Experience supporting employee engagement, internal communications, or change management programs.
• Strong writing and editing skills with content for employee, leadership, or stakeholder audiences.
• Experience conducting research and translating findings into clear recommendations.

About the Role

As an Account Executive, Employee Engagement at Zeno, you will support employee engagement, internal communications, and change management programs for leading organizations. You will help develop communications materials, conduct research, and contribute to programs that strengthen culture, improve employee experiences, and support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of employee engagement and internal communications programs that inform, engage, and inspire employees.
• Research, write, and edit communications materials including emails, newsletters, presentations, messaging documents, leadership communications, and other employee‑facing content.
• Conduct communications research, monitor trends, and identify insights that inform strategies, content, and program recommendations.
• Manage client timelines, coordinate deliverables, and contribute to successful communications programs.
• Develop an understanding of client businesses, industries, and communications challenges while staying informed on employee engagement, internal communications, and change management best practices.
• Partner with colleagues across disciplines, support junior team members, and contribute to a collaborative environment.

About You

• 2+ years of experience in public relations, internal communications, corporate communications, or related fields within an agency or similar environment.
• Experience supporting employee engagement, internal communications, or change management programs.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with experience developing content for employee, leadership, or stakeholder audiences.
• Experience conducting communications research and translating findings into clear recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to think strategically while supporting day‑to‑day client programs.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Curiosity about employee engagement, workplace culture, and evolving communications practices.
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn, contribute ideas, and support team success.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with internal communications platforms such as Firstup, SocialChorus, Qualtrics, Workplace, SharePoint, or similar tools.
• Experience supporting integrated communications or organizational change initiatives.
• Experience creating presentations, newsletters, or executive communications.
• Interest in employee engagement research, communications measurement, or workplace culture.

Pay Range

$60,000 - $70,325 USD per year. Pay within the range is based on education, qualifications, experience, seniority, location, performance, and other factors. The range is one component of the total compensation package, which may also include annual bonuses and paid time off.
