Job summary

Unity House is seeking an HR training professional to deliver training, facilitate groups, and coach staff across programs. The role emphasizes adult learning, customer service, and organizational initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates hold an associate degree in HR or related fields; a Bachelor's degree is preferred, with strong computer literacy and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office (Windows, Excel) and database software; strong computer literacy.

Job description

Associate's Degree in Human Resources, training and development, organizational development and/or related field with experience delivering training, facilitating groups, coaching employees, or educating adult learners required. Bachelors in Human Resources/related field preferred. Experience and demonstrated computer literacy with database systems, MS Office Windows, MS Office Excel and other computer-based software required. Ability to provide/exhibit/demonstrate exceptional customer service and verbal/written communication skills to internal/external customers, ability to demonstrate acceptance of disabled persons, etc. Must demonstrate ability to work independently, be creative and demonstrate initiative, flexibility, be highly organized, with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Valid and acceptable NYS driver's license per organization policies, practices, procedures required. Travel required. May include nights and weekends.

Hours: Monday-Friday - 8a-4p - may include nights and weekends occasionally
