Job description

Employee Development Specialist 3 (Contract)

Contract (1 year)

This posting is for a contract assignment and is not a full‑time employment offer with Boeing. Candidates selected for roles will be employed as contract workers through a Boeing approved 3rd party for the duration of the specified project.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct learning requirements analysis and establish learning objectives.
  • Design and develop course content and instructional materials.
  • Test delivery environment and establish system access requirements.
  • Deliver content and assess effectiveness based on learning objectives.
  • Conduct customer workplace coaching sessions to improve individual or group performance.
  • Deploy development tools and monitor implementation and performance outcomes.
  • Act as an instructor in specialized content areas such as Electrical, Structural, Quality, Systems, etc.
  • Facilitate learning events and knowledge transfer by teaching, team coaching, observing and tracking student performance; add key insights to enhance delivery; conduct preparation, delivery and rostering of training to satisfy requirements.
  • Conduct training utilizing a variety of delivery methods and techniques; customize learning programs, courses, presentations and guides.
  • Emphasize safety precautions to be taken in all training provided.
  • Maintain a positive and productive learning environment; address any problem behaviors in the classroom promptly in accordance with policies.
  • Perform individual and group assessments and recommend process and performance improvements.
  • Conduct Train‑the‑Trainer Sessions to qualify additional instructors.
  • Understand regulations and standards; ensure delivery of courseware complies with applicable requirements.
