RTX Global Communications seeks a forward‑deployed employee communications leader for Pratt & Whitney. This hybrid role sits within the business and reports to a centralized function, driving three SBUs’ employee communications and supporting executive messaging.

Lead a team of communicators, partner with COEs, and oversee end‑to‑end campaigns, town halls, and leadership messaging while maintaining an onsite presence in East Hartford, CT.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience
• Experience developing and executing enterprise-level internal communications strategies.
• Experience supporting senior leaders with executive communications and employee messaging.
• Willingness and ability to be onsite regularly in East Hartford, CT.

Responsabilités

• Lead SBU Communications Strategy and own planning for one SBU’s employee communications portfolio.
• Develop and execute a unified employee communications strategy across three SBUs, aligned to RTX and Pratt & Whitney priorities.
• Drive multi-channel content plans, ensuring timely, consistent messaging and executive alignment.
• Leverage analytics and AI-enabled tools to measure impact and refine strategy.
• Lead and develop a team of communicators and partner with COEs to support enterprise strategy.
• Partner with Enterprise COEs and Business Communications to maintain message discipline and cross-functional alignment.
• Maintain regular onsite presence in East Hartford for collaboration and events.
