Responsibilities include shaping service strategy, overseeing workflows, mentoring a diverse team, and partnering with sales to drive growth while maintaining exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Life & Health insurance.
• 10+ years in Employee Benefits brokerage or consulting.
• 6+ years in service leadership or operations management.
• Strong leadership and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a service strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead a team of service leaders, consultants, and account staff.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Partner with Sales to support onboarding, transitions, and retention.
