Job summary

Univest Insurance, LLC seeks a professional to join its Employee Benefits Sales team in Lansdale, PA. The role focuses on new business development, client relationships, and benefits enrollment coordination in a fully commissioned environment.

You will prospect, present proposals, and close sales while maintaining carrier relationships and staying informed on industry changes. Prior life/health licensing is preferred; MS Office skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of insurance products and marketplace.
• Licensed for life and health or able to attain license.
• Experience with self-funding and fringe benefits is a plus.
• Working knowledge of the mid-Atlantic area is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new sales opportunities and develop relationships with centers of influence.
• Present proposals and close sales; take applications and coordinate enrollment.
• Assist in creating RFPs with Account Manager and analyze quotes.
• Maintain production reports and attend sales meetings.
• Promote agency and insurance industry in the community.
