Job summary

Foundation Risk Partners is seeking an Employee Benefits Sales Producer in Las Vegas, NV. You will build and manage a pipeline, develop relationships with senior executives, and deliver tailored benefits solutions aligned to client goals.

You’ll partner with Account Management to ensure a seamless client experience from new business to long-term retention, while expanding market presence and helping organizations design competitive benefits strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience selling B2B solutions, ideally within insurance or employee benefits.
• Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and secure meetings with senior-level executives.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and passion for business development.
• Ability to obtain Life & Health Insurance License in a timely manner.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platform.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects through outreach, networking, and referrals.
