Job summary

ADP is hiring a Relationship Manager – Employee Benefits. This hybrid role works in the office 3 days a week and from home 2 days, managing a book of Group Health Insurance clients.

You will be the single point of contact for the clients, providing expert guidance on employee benefits, proactive education, and a consultative approach to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of related insurance experience.
• Life & Health Insurance Producer License required.
• A college degree is great but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client’s primary contact and internal advocate.
• Manage group health portfolio and coordinate communication among ADP partners.
• Renewals, quotes, and benefit guides; support Open Enrollment and plan design.
• Conduct virtual or in-person meetings to review benefits plans and recommend improvements.
