Houchens Insurance Group, a 100% employee-owned company, seeks a seasoned professional to manage client renewals and marketing. You will coordinate with Producers, carriers, and clients to secure competitive premiums and coverage.

The role emphasizes relationship building, renewal strategy, and data-driven submissions within a production team model. ESOP participation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Six years related experience and/or training, preferably handling group health plans.
• Must hold applicable state insurance license or have the ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Desirable to obtain insurance designations as per the organization's education plan.

Responsibilities

• Markets groups to carriers and prepares renewal presentations.
• Manages renewal timelines and renewal processes.
• Works with clients and producers to gather marketing data.
• Negotiates premiums and coverage with carriers.
• Prepares formal proposals for Producers to deliver to customers.
• Coordinates with marketing lead for marketing activities and quotes; obtains online quotes from carrier websites when applicable.
• Maintains relationships with carrier personnel and attends meetings for relationship building.
