Job summary

The Association of Washington Cities (AWC) seeks a detail-oriented Employee Benefits Analyst to administer the Employee Benefit Trust, coordinate benefit programs, and support vendor contracts. On-site member assistance and collaboration with program leadership are essential.

You’ll develop trainings, manage budget processes, and prepare audit-ready data while ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements. The role offers remote-work flexibility and stable benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and administering employee benefit programs.
• Proven ability to develop and manage contracts and RFP processes.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements governing employee benefits.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration of all benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, etc.).
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and deliver benefit presentations to member sites.
• Develop trainings and educational materials on benefit programs and enrollment.
